Who we are

Mark and Denise Mijavec met while studying at Youngstown State University, balancing their education with part-time jobs to help pay for school. In 1989, they embarked on a new adventure together, purchasing their first concession trailer and traveling to fairs and festivals while completing their degrees.

Over the years, their passion and hard work turned that small venture into a thriving family business. Two of their longest-running locations include The Great Stoneboro Fair and The McDonald Fireman’s Festival. As their business grew, they expanded to additional concession trailers, food trucks, and eventually catering services, bringing their delicious food to even more customers.

What started as a two-person dream has become a successful, community-focused family business. Mark and Denise, along with their family, take pride in serving great food and supporting the community that has supported them for decades.
